We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information in these cases:
3.1 Service providers
Hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payment/subscription processors (including Apple / Google), and wallet infrastructure (Privy), under contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
3.2 Blockchain and Perpetual DEX infrastructure
To operate perpetual features, necessary transaction data (wallet addresses, order parameters, margin instructions) is transmitted to the applicable Perpetual DEX (e.g., Hyperliquid) and recorded on public blockchains. On-chain data is inherently public and immutable. Fluex does not control Perpetual DEX consensus rules, smart contracts, or validators.
3.3 Challenges and public features
If you join challenges or public leaderboards, de-identified or display-name performance data may be shown publicly per event rules.
3.4 Legal and corporate
We may disclose information to comply with law, protect safety, prevent fraud, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (subject to equivalent protections). We may also share information at your direction.
3.5 Aggregated / anonymized data
We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable statistics with partners or the public for analytics or promotional purposes.
4. Blockchain Public Ledger Notice
Transactions executed through the Services (including automated strategy trades) are recorded on public blockchains. Wallet addresses associated with your account and related on-chain activity are permanently visible. Fluex cannot delete or modify on-chain records.
5. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed credential storage, access controls, key management practices, and configuration of wallet provider permission policies where applicable.
No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access at support@fluex.app.
6. Retention
We retain Personal Information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (which may include multi-year record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our rights. When no longer needed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize data. On-chain records cannot be deleted.
Upon verified account deletion requests, we will delete eligible Personal Information within a reasonable period (normally within 15 business days), subject to legal retention requirements.
